Shame Resiliency Seminar for Coaches, Counsellors and Therapists

Learn (and practice) how to notice and process the effects of shame in your clients

Over our years of practice, we've noticed that shame is one of the #1 issues keeping clients from healing in the way that they hope to.

All humans experience shame, and to be effective practitioners, we need to understand how it's showing up for them (and us), and practical tools to help move through it.

We have found that as we address this at the core, our clients have grown leaps and bounds in their emotional health.

Facilitated by Pam Thompson, RSW, MSW and Crystal Haitsma, Certified Life Coach (and Dare to Lead Certified).

What we'll cover:

  • The Nervous System and its role in healing
  • Somatic practices that help move emotions and calm the nervous system
  • How to determine where shame is keeping our clients stuck, and when to use shame work with them
  • Shame resiliency and our goals for our clients
  • Somatic and hypnosis-based practices to move shame through the body
  • You can expect a lot of practice time, and feedback on practices
  • Discussions around shame, intuition, shadow-work and other modalities to help your clients, and you, with healing

[ Some regulatory bodies may allow this as CEUs, you will have to check with your regulatory body and see if it can. We will be learning and practicing for 13 hours ]
