I find myself in the depths of the unknown

Years ago, I felt disconnected to my own knowing… I relied on others for answers. I ingested information, questioned myself, and would often swirl in rumination…
I stumbled upon this quote (a Divine stumble) and wept as I read it…

I knew I needed to journey back to myself again. The journey is “back” to self because when you were 4… you:

We can find this place in ourselves again. Where we listen to ourselves, find our deepest desires, and where our Knowing is loud and strong… and we take deep care of ourselves.

But the journey takes you into the Unknown first… silence, depth, sadness, grief, anger… the healing comes through the feeling.
And on the other side, we find the truth...
SELF-WORTH is FULLNESS.
We feel our power radiate from within, not from external sources (what we do or achieve, what others say about us, how much wealth or promotions we have, or what we look like).
A quiet strength. An inner spring that is always flowing. Constantly resourced from within.
It is a reminder of what is, and always was, within. A reminder of who you are.
That is what healing is… reminders.
This is the path to what we truly want… peace, inner confidence, open to receive (the root of manifestation work is here), more certainty within.

The Details
A 3-month program on self-worth and Knowing, wrapped in Divinity
**This program will focus on deep integration, you can plan on most calls being integration (less information-heavy)**
**We will also coach through Voxer (a walkie-talkie app), where I'll share ideas, quotes and inspiration throughout the week**
Month 1:
The Growth Path
Awareness: Mapping out where you are, and setting intentions for where you are going
Congruency: Noticing our triggers, and learning about the subconscious patterns keeping us the same
The Enneagram: We'll learn from an expert about the enneagram, a personality system designed to help you learn more about you!
Month 2:
Inner Mothering
Processing: Coming home to yourself- becoming the energetic safe space for all of you.
Healing comes from Feeling: Embracing the full spectrum emotions, and sitting with them all the way through.
Human Design: An expert will guide the discovery of your unique energetic blueprint for work and life (a permission slip to be more you).
Month 3:
Intuition and Connection
Practice: Strengthening intuition through meditation and stillness. Taking time for listening and knowing. Communicating deeper than the mind.
Inner Child Communication: Connecting with yourself and the Divine within ("Godspark").
Energy Work: Diving deeper into you... through contemplation, insight and energy.
