No. This is a SELF-MOTHERING retreat- designed to help you have a fantastic relationship with yourself- and become your own best support person (while healing some of the past experiences you've had that have affected that). We have had women of all ages in all stages of life join us- you are all welcome here. It is meant for YOU. 

We spend a lot of time in group coaching circles, guided meditations, and yoga where we uncover anything that is heavy/keeping you stuck from being the YOU-est you you can be. This experience is designed with intention to leave you feeling magical, lightened, empowered, and confident... and to bring that energy back into every area of your life. 

You will notice more confidence in your interactions with everyone around you. Every relationship you have will benefit from this- you'll leave what no longer serves you and add what you want, with intention. You'll access your own intuition- your own personal authority- and use this power to create anything you truly desire in life. 

This is not therapy. The tools that we use are similar, but more forward-focused. We look at where you are and where you want to be. You can expect to leave changed. 3 days of intensive healing, growth, connection, love, and the best kind of support. 

Everything. Your cost covers all experiences, food, and snacks. We are very aware of dietary restrictions and do our best to accommodate them (the food is always delicious!). Travel is not included. 

Accessibility is important to me and I am doing my best to keep the costs low while creating a really high-level retreat. It is worth WAY more than the cost- I usually pay between $2500-5000 USD to attend similar retreats. This is the most inexpensive, intentional, and immersive way to work with me.
