The Art of Shame-Free Living
A day-long event in Cardston, AB
(Remington Museum Theatre)
Shame is your communication problem. Shame is your money problem...Your body image problem... Your social media problem... Your relationship problem.
Shame is under it all... we just don't recognize it as such.
- When someone says something hurtful... it hurts for a reason.
- When your teen disagrees with you or is disrespectful, it triggers you for a reason.
- When others argue with you online or in person, it feels heavy and hard for a reason.
Let's spend a full day unpacking all of it... how shame is at the root and what WE can do about it (and what's not in our power)... and how our influence can change everything.
The details:
-We'll be spending the day learning and workshopping (please bring a notebook and pen/pencil)
-No eating in the theatre, but water bottles are recommended
-We'll split up the day with several subconscious practices and group coaching times
9:30-3:30 (lunch is 12-1:30... food is not provided, unless you purchase a VIP ticket)

What clients in past events or coaching sessions have said...
The two hypnotherapy sessions that l've done with you have probably been the biggest breakthroughs l've ever had in my life. And I've done several modalities of therapy and thousands of hours of reading books and listening to podcasts.
... the tools you have given me have been soul-saving.
I have to say since starting the program, the coaching techniques and all the tools we have been using have helped me more than what I've experienced in 10 years of seeing a psychologist. as I feel that I'm truly healing myself.
... my yelling is way down, too. I get discouraged sometimes about how reactive I am but thinking about it l am patient more often, empathetic more often, tuning into my needs more often, and being more compassionate and forgiving of myself as a parent since first discovering you.
Thave so much to say but I really just need to say thank you. Thank you so so much. Only one week and I'm feeling kinder toward myself and my kids. It's feeling natural and not forced and I just want to cry with happiness that I found you!
