If you're looking for a high-touch, individualized coaching experience, intuitive life and business coaching can be booked for 6 months:
- Access to my in-person retreat included if held (Sept 2025)
- Voxer coaching M-F when needed
- Worksheets, extra classes, or homework for further support (like human design readings, hypnotherapy, meditation, and energy healing sessions with my favourite practitioners)
- Weekly 60-minute session

Coaching with me may include mindset and journalling work, emotional processing, hypnosis, hypnotherapy, somatic breathwork, and guided meditations. This means that I easily get to the root of what's going on, and can help you make changes at a deep and permanent level.

Imagine a life where you are fairly happy and satisfied- maybe you have lovely kids, a supportive spouse, and fun adventures every once in a while. But you aren't truly ENJOYING life, maybe your relationships aren't where you want them to be, or you may struggle with parenting (if you're like me, it's much harder in the home than outside of it). Maybe you don't truly feel fulfilled, even when it seems like you "should" be on the outside.
I was here years ago too. I went on my own inner journey and realized that as I worked on myself, everything else changed. It wasn't my kid, my spouse, or my situation that needed to change- it was something deeper than that. The same is possible for you.
